New Students

All new students to HHS, need to call (765) 463-3511 and make an appointment with a counselor in order to register!

Please bring the following documents to your appointment in order to register:

• Proof of Residency (i.e. lease agreement, mortgage statement, current utility bill, or paystub)
• Immunization Records
• Student Birth Certificate
• Parent ID
• Legal Guardianship/Custody Documentation (if applicable)
