SIA makes sound investment in Harrison

The SIA Foundation awarded grants this spring to several Indiana nonprofit organizations including one to Harrison High School.

Harrison High School received $9,874 to purchase audio equipment for the auditorium. Choir Director Samantha Wagner says new microphones and wireless bodypacks will help students involved in musicals and other productions.

“I am always looking to provide my students with the greatest environment for them to explore their creativity and increase their interpersonal skills through performance,” says Wagner. “Students will now have the ability to present their skills and talents to the community at large to the best of their ability without the worry that their mics are going to fail right before an important moment.”
