Congratulations to the Lady Raider Swimmers and Divers as they swam to victory Tuesday evening against Lafayette Jeff. First place winners include Clara Schulz, Haley Agnew, Liliana Lopez-Lozano, Joelle Wasikowski, Ari Otten, Kathleen Loftus, Marlene Tedy Gabriel, and Stephanie Harrison. The Ladies are back in action at home Thursday, December 7 against Crawfordsville beginning at 5:30 pm. Great job Ladies!

Congratulations to the Boys Swimming and Diving team for an outstanding victory over Jeff last night with a score of 119-60. First place finishers for the Raiders were Alex Bowling, Luke Johnson, Noah Javens, John Roop and Alec LaPlant. The team also swam over 25 life time best times! Come out and support the team on Thursday when the Raiders take on Crawfordsville.

Mr. Harrison is scheduled for Wednesday, January 31st and it is time for Nominations. We are looking for 15 senior boys to participate in a super fun show that raises money for a great cause. Student council will be taking nominations this week on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Come nominate a senior boy that you think would be a great candidate.

Senior Girls, we are looking for 2 outgoing and entertaining girls to be our master of ceremonies. Please contact Mikahla Combs in person or by email if you are interested.

Holiday Gift Wrapping Fundraiser for After Prom -- December 9th from 12pm - 10pm the senior parents will be wrapping gifts for donations to raise money for the After Prom. We will be located inside the mall in front of JC Penny . Do some holiday shopping and then stop by and have everything wrapped before you leave. Great way to hide those special gifts from spying eyes.

Spring musical try-outs for "Nice Work If You Can Get It" will be held this Wednesday (singing) and Thursday (speaking) in the choir room. Audition sign-up times are posted on the choir room door and the audition material packet can be found on the table just inside the choir room. All those auditioning need to attend the Wednesday singing audition and, if interested in speaking role, the Thursday audition. If you are interested in building sets, working on costumes, hair, and makeup, or sound and lights, please sign-up on the choir room door. There will be a Tech Call-Out meeting in the near future! Blood Drive sign-ups have gone online this year! The next Blood Drive is Wednesday, December 13th. If you are a Junior or Senior you have received a link by email to register for the next blood drive. You must be at least 16 to donate. Under age 17 requires a permission slip that is available in the front office. Any remaining spots will be open to Sophomores next week, beginning December 6th in the cafeteria during all lunch periods. If you experience any problems with the link, please contact Mrs. Collicott or stop by F 201.

Holiday Dress days are on schedule for next week! Only 3 more weeks before break so celebrate by dressing in theme next week. Monday: Pajama Day, Tuesday: Santa Hat Day (buy one or make one), Wednesday: Polar Express day or Pajama Day part 2, Thursday: Christmas sock day, Friday: Ugly Sweater day

Boys and girl's lacrosse parent meeting will be December 13th in B101BC at 6:30pm. No experience needed to play.

Attention Students:

College representatives attend Harrison High School throughout the fall semester. In a small group setting, our students are able to meet with them to learn about their admissions requirements and many of programs offered.

If you would like to attend any of these sessions, please sign up in the Student Services Office. Students, you must also ask the teacher whose class(s) you will miss for permission to attend and assignments prior attending. It is the student's responsibility to remember to attend the session.
